Remember this. If the following instructions cause the unwanted window to go away, then you might be interested in rechecking all the boxes, and unchecking on at a time, and reboot,  until you find the command that causes the unwanted screen to appear. Of course you will know it worked after the reboot and the window does not appear. At this point, recheck all the ones that did not apply. 
Follow these steps:
 
1. Click on START > RUN
2. Type MSCONFIG and click OK
3. Click on the STARTUP tab.
4. Uncheck every item including your ANTI-VIRUS program
5. Click on APPLY and click on CLOSE
6. Reboot the computer.
