PREVIEW PANE NOTES
Security against the spread of viruses.
For better security, the inbox still needs to have the Preview Pane turned off.
As far as the Preview Pane, in Outlook, is concerned, I think it will be fine to
open it only in the following mail sections of Outlook:
Sent items
Outbox
or any Archival folders that you have created.
To turn the Preview Pane on of off in the Outlook program...
view, current,
preview pane must be selected or de-selected.
